Consultancy Project
A group project involving about 150 hours per participant. The project is sponsored by one of the participant's top managers and is a comprehensive analysis of a major innovation issue at the company. The project results in a set of concrete recommendations to the management on how to meet the challenges.
Internationalization Project
A group project involving about 100 hours per participant where the assignment is carried out on location at a foreign company during the study tour. We have worked with companies in the US, China, India and Malaysia.
Master's Project
An individual (or, if relevant, two-person) project usually based on the participant's own company. Our participants spend 400-450 hours on this project.
The Master's Project is carried out during the 4th semester, where the topic must be a central and strategic innovation problem for the company covering several areas within the company's function and activity.
